The 68th Primetime Emmy Awards will be Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California, on September 18th.

Television is thrilled to, once again, honor the very best. This year’s Drama and Comedy Series nominees include first timers as well as returning programs to the Emmy competition. Black-ish and Master of None are new in the Outstanding Comedy Series category, and Mr. Robot and The Americans in the Outstanding Drama Series competition.

Additionally, both Veep and Game of Thrones return to vie for their second Emmy in Outstanding Comedy Series and Outstanding Drama Series respectively. While Game of Thrones tallied the most nominations (23), limited series The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story received 22 nominations and Fargo18 nominations.

 Similarly, in the Outstanding Lead Performer for a Comedy Series (actor and actress), includes: Aziz Ansari in Master of None, Thomas Middleditch in Silicon Valley, Ellie Kemper in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and Tracee Ellis Ross in black-ish.

 

The 68th Emmy® Awards, including the star-studded Red Carpet preshow, will telecast from The Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, Sunday, September 18th (7:00-11:00 p.m. ET/4:00-8:00 p.m. PM PT) on ABC and will be produced by Don Mischer.

The Secret Lives of Pets has now grossed over $254,000,000 world wide. This after opening July 8th domestically with a weekend gross of $104,352,905. The Universal Pictures distributed film, produced by Dentsu of Japan in collaboration with Fuji-Tv and Illumination Entertainment. The animated feature was directed by Chris Renaud features the voices of some of Hollywoods to names including Louis C.K., Kevin Hart, Jenny Slate (Zootopia), Lake Bell, (What Happens in Vegas), Ellie Kemper (The Office, 21 Jumpstreet) and Albert Brooks (Finding Nemo).

Image Courtesy: NBC Television From Mike's crazy parents to those their daughters who act like 6 to 9 year old little girls - who are afraid of the slightest noises in the house yet adult enough to go out, get drunk and cultivate a marijuana farm at the family's cabin, this comedy will have you rolling in laughter. As you cook dinner or hang with friends and family, you'll enjoy this show tremendously. However, because it is a bit "adult" in content, you may not always want your very young kids to watch it with you. (Put on some cartoons or something for them. Otherwise, you'll have a whole lot of parental "explaining" to do to your young kids.
