 SING is set in a world like ours but entirely inhabited by animals. It stars Buster Moon (Matthew McConaughey - Interstellar), a dapper koala who presides over a once-grand theater that has fallen on hard times.

Buster is an eternal—some might even say delusional—optimist who loves his theater above all and will do anything to preserve it. Now faced with the crumbling of his life’s ambition, he has one final chance to restore his fading jewel to its former glory by producing the world’s greatest singing competition.

Five lead contestants emerge: Mike (Seth MacFarlane - Ted), a mouse who croons as smoothly as he cons; Meena (Tori Kelly - VIP for a Day), a timid teenage elephant with an enormous case of stage fright; Rosita (Reese Witherspoon - Walk the Line), an overtaxed mother run ragged tending a litter of 25 piglets; Johnny (Taron Egerton - Kingsman: The Secret Service), a young gangster gorilla looking to break free of his family’s felonies; and Ash (Scarlett Johansson - Lost in Translation), a punk-rock porcupine struggling to shed her arrogant boyfriend and go solo.

Each arrives under Buster’s marquee believing that this is their shot to change the course of their life. And as Buster coaches each of his contestants closer and closer to the grand finale, he starts to learn that maybe the theater isn’t the only thing that is in need of saving.
From Illumination Entertainment and featuring more than 65 hit songs, SING arrives in theaters on December 21, 2016.

Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine but is distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. And when the Vulture (Michael Keaton - Batman, Spotlight) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.

This all new Spider-Man adventure is Directed by Jon Watts (Cop Car, The Onion News Network) and Produced by Kevin Feige (Guardians of the Galaxy) and Amy Pascal (Ghostbusters-2016). It is based on the Marvel Comic Book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.

She says when she first read the script of Jane the Virgin, it was a refreshing and hilarious take on Hispanic family life and it was a “most authentic, genuine representation”.



In addition to the Golden Globe Award, the show currently has won another 12 awards including: 2 Imagen Foundation Awards (promoting positive portrayals of Latinos in all forms of entertainment media) and a People's Choice Award (2015 Favorite New TV Comedy). Additionally, the show has another 39 award nominations total.

With a limited amount of Latin based sitcoms currently airing, Jane the Virgin may be able to create entertainment that will resonate with an English-speaking/Hispanic audience while simultaneously attracting a multi-cultural and diverse viewership for The CW.
