The new HBO half-hour dark comedy series, The BRINK focuses on a geopolitical crisis and its effect on three men: The US Secretary of State – Walter Larson (Tim Robbins); a lowly Foreign Service Officer – Alex Talbot (Jack Black); and an ace Navy Fighter Pilot, Zeke Tilson (Pablo Schreiber).

These three compromised souls must somehow pull through the chaos around them to save the planet from World War III.

The BRINK, which was originally written and created by brothers, Roberto Benebib (Weeds, Ally McBeal) and Kim Benabib, is executive produced by Jerry Weintraub (Ocean’s Eleven) and Jay Roach along with Roberto Benabib. 

This new production marks the first HBO series for the producers who sealed a deal to develop the show back in September of 2013. After seeing the show’s pilot, back in February 2014, HBO greenlighted the series for production. New episodes of The BRINK airs on Sundays at 10:30 pm on HBO. (Check your listings for other air dates and times.)

(Later returned to the Great Wall topic and asked Trump if he knew who the Chinese dynasties that built the wall were trying to keep out of their country?)

Trump:
 "Lots of people that they didn't want,"

O'Reilly: 
 "No, no, no, (it was) The Mongol hordes.
 So that might come up tomorrow [at the debate.]
And you credit me for giving you that answer..."
